Overview
I facilitated participatory design workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, fostering collaboration between designers, engineers, and product managers. During these sessions, I guided teams through methods such as persona development, user flows, and defining information architecture to create a shared understanding of user needs. Leveraging these insights, I designed the wireframe structure that effectively addressed both business goals and user expectations.
